Cardio is a necessary fitness evil—you dont want to do it, but you know it's a must for a healthy heart and lean physique. And instead of getting creative with cardio, most guys throw their hands in the air and submit to the standard prescription of 30 minutes of treadmill walking. It’s not fun, but it’s easy.
